1) How long does it take for you to fill a position?
On an average it takes anywhere from a day to three
weeks. Depending on the position and the requirements,
the easier ones happen quickly and the more complex take
longer. We have filled jobs within hours, but we also
have some requests lasting for months. But, when we fill
a long lasting request, it is usually to everybody's
absolute satisfaction and delight. We stick with it until
we get what is needed.
2) What kind of positions do you place?
We recruit for anything that the employers ask for. See our
Industries and Clients page for some of our recent placements. We have
filled a lot of Executive Directors, Marketing Executives, Controllers,
CFO's, Research Analysts, and office jobs; admin assistants, Treasury/bookkeeping,
various managers/VPs as well as Estate managers. Chances are,
if you have a request for an employee or are looking for something
in particular, we have probably come across it already. Either
way, we will do what is necessary to find the ideal candidate
quickly.
3) When is your fee due and who pays it?
The employer pays our fee when a placement is made. In some
cases a small retainer fee is required to start the work. The
fee is due in 30 days after hire. There is never a fee to job
seekers.
4) How much do you charge for your services?
It is 12% - 15% of the first year's wages of your new employee
depending on the position. First year's wages are estimated at
the time of hiring and the fee is due within 30 days of hire date.
5) I am starting up a new business and I need to hire some people. How much do I pay them? What is the
going rate?
We have a lot of experience with different jobs and what the going
rate is. We can advise on an individual basis regarding this.

6) What if the newly hired employee doesn't work out or decides to leave within a couple of weeks?
Do I still owe you?
First consider that our success rate is in the 90% - 95% range.
Meaning that 90% - 95% of our placements stay as happy and productive
employees for a long time. We have a replacement guarantee for
90 days. If for any reason the employee leaves within the first
90 days of employment, we will replace him/her as soon as possible
at no extra charge. 90 days have been found to be sufficient time
to determine whether or not the employee will work out. Should
the employee leave after 90 days, we will be happy to find a replacement,
but a fee will be due under the same terms as the original placement.
7) Do you place people anywhere?
We are located in Los Angeles, California and we obviously have
our biggest resources in this area. We have many successful placements
in other states, not just in our local area. With today's technology
there is no limit to where we could place someone. If you are
not in this area but need help, don't hesitate to contact us.

8) What service guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee that your new employee will be an excellent fit for your company.
In the rare instance that they don't work out within the first 90 days, we'll
replace them with someone who does, at no extra charge.
